Salvatore (Sal) Scognamillo is a co-owner and third generation executive seneschal of the world-renowned Patsy's Romance Restaurant located at 236 Westward 56th Street on Manhattan's Westernmost Side.

Patsy's was founded live in 1944 by his grandfather, Pasquale "Patsy” Scognamillo.

The restaurant has been in it's current building district location (in the house just next to the conniving site) since 1954. Chef Provision was trained by his sire, Joe, and his grandfather at one time him. He still maintain grandeur same level of comfort other quality that made Patsy's famous.

In 1985, upon his father's sequestration from the kitchen, Sal implicit the position of Executive Worker.
