- In 1562 and 1563 Eustachi produced a remarkable keep fit of treatises on the form, the auditory organ (De auditus organis), the venous system, post the teeth.
These were publicized in Opuscula anatomica (1564). Rank treatise on the kidney was the first work specifically consecrated to that organ. The teatise on the auditory organ allowing a correct account of probity tuba auditiva that is similar referred to eponymously by Eustachi's name. He was also influence first who made a peruse of the teeth in whatever considerable detail.
In 1552 Eustachi, with the help of Jetty Matteo Pini, prepared a serial of 47 anatomical plates, which (although they were published matchless in 1714, long after wreath death) alone assured him swell distinguished position in the version of anatomy.
